Central Saint Martins Degree Show

Every time I visit CSM I become more and more desparate for it to be my university. The show included Fashion, Textiles, Animation, Graphic Design and loads more.
Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to take pictures of all the clothes but here are some of my favourites that I could take a photo of.

Also my wonderful friend bought me a pair of Topshop Birkenstocks as an early birthday present. YAY! He gave them to me on Wednesday and I have literally worn them every day. They're so comfy and easy to wear with basically anything. Here's what I wore.

Totally and Utterly Clueless

Follow my blog with BloglovinFor my 17th birthday I'm hosting my very first house party (yayayayay) and my friend had the brilliant idea of making it a fancy dress party.
Clueless is one of my favourite movies and the clothes that they wear are AMAZING so obviously I'm going as Dionne!

I love how these two girls interpreted the classic Cher and Dionnr outfits, she even has a hat like Dionne's. I've looked everywhere and unfortunately I can't find black tartan blazer so I'll probably wear a black cardigan or blazer with a black tartan skirt, a red top and high knee socks. I doubt even half of the guests will know who I am but oh well I'm gonna look fabulous :p

London Collections: Menswear

Hentsch Man has definitely figured out he best way to model:smoking cigars and drinking rum flavoured beer (which they were giving out for free and tasted delicious!)

Although it took a while for me to stop staring at the models and actually look at the clothes, I really love this collection and if I was a guy I'd wear every single piece. I loves he fun bright colours and tropical prints, perfect for summer!

Another show that I saw today was Astrid Anderson. Inspired by a trip to Japan, the collection was bold, confident and bright. Traditional Japanese clothing shapes were adopted throughout, particularly from sumo wrestlers clothing and contrasting oranges, pinks and blue created an aesthetically stunning collection.

Must Have This Month: Birkenstocks

Birkenstocks are my new obsession, I love them! I used to think they were the ugliest shoes in the world but now I can't get enough. They're the perfect mix of casual but really quirky and kind of cool.

These double soled Birkenstocks are just incredible!

The amazing Kate Moss wearing her Birkenstocks withal punchy trousers and a crop top.

Topshop has the best selection of Birkenstocks and at pretty decent prices as well ranging from £26 to  £65.

My birthday is soon so hint hint if anyone wants to get me a present :p

RIHANNA

This may just be the best photo ever taken, Anna Wintour with a practically naked Rihanna.
Seriously, how can you not be jealous of her bum!

I'm not completely sure what I think of this dress by Adam Selman. Part of me thinks that maybe she should have more dignity and just leave some things to the imagination. But then another side is saying Rihanna looks fucking hot, why should her tits offend me. As she said they're 'covered in Swarovski crystals girl!'
What's your opinion on Rihanna's dress?

Graduates Fashion Week

Graduates Fashion Week is the biggest showcase of fashion graduates and the final collections. It shows the work of over 1,000 graduates from some of the best universities in the UK and around the world. It is also a great opportunity for students hoping to go to fashion school, to see the work that the universities produce and a chance to speak to the students who go there.
Tickets are roughly £20 so if you didn't get to go this year I definitely recommend you go next year. A few weeks ago I did a fashion class with FAD and luckily they managed to get some tickets to the shows. I went to see the International collections, UCA Rochester and The Best of Graduates Fashion Week. All of the clothes were so unique so here are a few pictures from my favourite collections.

I need a coat like this for winter!

Lauren Lake from Kingston University

Ainslie Mackie from Bath Spa University and Norwich University of Arts

I love this dress, I couldn't get a brilliant picture but when she walked down the runway and the ruffled moved, it looked so beautiful.
Rebecca Rimmer from The University of Central Lancashire

Linda Evangelista in the New Moschino Campaign

It's been less than a year since Jeremy Scott was appointed as creative director at Moschino and has already made a massive impact in the fashion world. With his brilliant marketing plan, we saw items from the fall 2014 collection on editors, celebrities and bloggers just days after the show.

Now, for his first Moschino advertisement he did something pretty iconic, a stunning photo of Linda Evangelista take by Steven Meisel. With a collection inspired but 80s and 90s culture, is was genius of Scott to hire one of the most famous supermodels of that era.The subdued black and white photo is a massive contrast to what I thought was quite a gimicky and fast food inspired collection. The quilted McDonalds bags looks almost classy in black and white, I love that Scott decided to show it in a completely different light. Although I'm not a massive fan of Jeremy Scott, I love that he is always doing something different an surprising.

What do you think of Jeremy Scott's work at Moschino and his new campaign?
