Where I See Fashion

For the longest time I've been seeing pictures on tumblr of exquisite fashions paired with an almost exact match in a photo. These photos include architecture, nature, landscapes and paintings and now I have finally found where they're all coming from- a blog called Where I See fashion.

Started in the Summer of 2013 by Bianca Luini, the blog has since received over 300,00 views and inspired countless people around the world. 

 Many designers look only to other fashion to inspire their clothes but this blog proves that anything can be inspiring from art to photography to colour to a flower. 

So if you're ever stuck for inspiration, even if you don't have an interest in fashion, Where I See fashion is a brilliant source of visual imagery whatever you need inspiring for.

Makeup Inspiration

I've never really been that interested in makeup, I usually just wear foundation, blusher, mascara and maybe some eyeliner. I'm always saving images like this onto my phone so I thought I'd gather them together and do a makeup inspiration post. They're all such different looks but I love them all, I think my favourite is the one of elle fanning or the last one with just a sweep of black eyeshadow. 

Summer Inspiration: Colour

Red means danger.

Black is slimming.

Men shouldn't wear pink.

These are all generalisations about colours and are definitely not true. Colour is key to what we wear and why we wear it; in summer, I like to wet bright, bold, 'happy' colour. So for now it's out with blacks and greys and hello to fuchsia, aqua and lilac. This months inspiration is all about colour!

Inspiration for the New Year

I don't know what kind of year you all had in 2013 but I hope  2014 is full of positivity, joy, hope and love. I hopethat you all achieve your goals and that's any hardships you come by, I wish that you will have the strength and courage to get through them.

Inspiration

Here are few images that I've collected in the past few days and I just thought I'd share some of them with you. I love the first picture of Milla Jovovich at just 13 years old. I means seriously, how is it even possible for a pre-pubescent girl to be so beautiful. Also I'm really loving this minimalist but super cool look that I've seen a lot of people doing. I wear too many patterns and colours to ever be able to pull it off but I adore the style.

Weekly inspiration!

I haven't done one of these post in a while but I really like them and they're easy to do :p Today's images are mostly black and white, very simplistic and chic.

Those shoes with the dolls in them are crazy! I need them in my wardrobe. I'm also loving the two simple outfits which are made really fun and modern using neon colours. I'd love to try it but I don't think I have any neon in my wardrobe :s
